About the Role
We design and manufacture military power electronics, vehicle electronics and tactical systems for the defence industry. All our warehouse and goods receiving processes run paperless on our corporate ERP system.
We are looking for a well-organised team member with strong record-keeping discipline who will own these processes on the floor and makes sure the number in the system always matches the number on the shelf.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or production environment (production or defence industry preferred)
- Experience with an ERP or warehouse management system (WMS); basic computer and Excel skills
- Good command of barcode and labelling, rack/bin location addressing and stock counting
- Careful, organised and disciplined about records; makes sure system stock matches physical stock
- Male candidates must have completed their military service
- Living in Ankara or able to relocate
Responsibilities
Goods Receiving
- Receive incoming material: match the delivery note to the purchase order in the ERP, check quantities and documents, and route material to incoming quality inspection
- Put accepted material away in the rack/bin system, print warehouse labels and keep lot traceability
Issuing Material to Production
- Issue material to production in full against warehouse work orders (pick lists)
- Record the return of surplus material from production
Warehouse Order and Stock Accuracy
- Set up and maintain the warehouse layout: location addressing, placement, cleanliness and order
- Run periodic and cycle stock counts; report count differences and keep records matching physical stock
- Post every stock movement (receipt, issue, transfer, return) to the ERP accurately and in real time
