How we work
Prototyping and production run under the same engineering control as the design. A prototype order starts with a release review of the drawing set, the bill of materials and the test procedure; only released revisions go to the workshop. Boards are assembled to IPC criteria, cable harnesses are built to the harness drawings and pin-out tables, mechanical parts are machined or sourced from the manufacturing drawings, and the system is assembled and brought up on our own functional test infrastructure.
For series production the released configuration is frozen and every unit follows the same route: incoming inspection of components, traceable production records, functional and final tests to the written procedure, and release with a serial number. Material comes from the original manufacturer or its authorised distributors; items with incomplete documentation are quarantined until quality control clears them. Revision management keeps design changes, production records and the units in the field in step.
What we deliver
Prototype deliveries include the units themselves and the records of their assembly and bench tests, together with the open points found during bring-up, because a prototype is also a check of the production documentation. Where you supply the design, we return the comments that affect manufacturability before the first build.
Each production shipment carries a certificate of conformity and a serial-numbered final inspection and functional test result form. The user and maintenance manual, the assembly instruction and the connector and cable interface definitions are part of the delivery package. Every shipped unit is tracked by serial number, and the lot and procurement records of its critical components are retained for the life of the product. Repaired units pass the same final tests as new ones, and their configuration record is updated when hardware or software changes. Change notifications, end-of-life notices and spare parts follow our published lifecycle policy.
Standards and products we build on
Production runs under a quality management system structured to ISO 9001, with incoming quality control, traceable production management, documentation and revision control and series production quality control mechanisms. Board assembly follows IPC criteria; environmental ruggedness validation and functional test processes are part of release. Our supply-chain procedure is based on the counterfeit-part prevention requirements of AS9100 Rev. D and the IEC 62402 and SD-22 (DMSMS) guidelines; this is a working basis, not a certification claim.
The products built this way include the PDU-RT5002 military power distribution unit and the Mil-Drive-55 motor drive, both taken from concept to series production by our own team, and the PowerGuard 115/200 VAC 400 Hz static frequency converter, qualified to MIL-STD-810G CHG-1 and MIL-STD-461G at an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory (reports V 1731 23268 00 01 BE and A 1731 23268 00 01 BE). Engineering and production are in Ankara, Türkiye; the company is registered with NATO under NCAGE TM885 and its products are ITAR-free.
Engineering Approach
This structure ensures high quality and traceability across all processes from design to the field.

FAQ
What volumes do you produce, and how does a prototype become a series order?+
We produce low and medium volumes under engineering control; the first units of a series are built from the configuration frozen after prototype verification. Series production is scheduled per order and follows the same test procedure for every unit. Volume and schedule are agreed per programme rather than quoted as a standard figure.
Can you manufacture a design that we own?+
Yes, from your released drawing set, bill of materials and test procedure, under the same quality system as our own products. Your design data stays yours and is handled under a non-disclosure agreement. Comments that affect manufacturability or testability are returned before the first build.
How is traceability ensured, and what documentation ships with each unit?+
Every unit carries a serial number linked to its production record, test results and the lot records of critical components, which are retained for the life of the product. Each shipment includes a certificate of conformity and the serial-numbered final inspection and functional test form. Acceptance test procedures and test reports are shared under a non-disclosure agreement.
How do you handle component obsolescence and design changes during series production?+
Critical component lifecycles are monitored from the design stage with the IEC 62402 and SD-22 (DMSMS) approach, and equivalent options are kept in the bill of materials. Changes that affect interchangeability, performance, safety or interfaces are notified in writing and submitted for your approval; document corrections and standard material changes are recorded without notification. End-of-life and last-time-buy notices follow our published lifecycle policy.
